I’m a user centred designer with an empathetic focus on improving the customer experience. With twenty-six years in the industry, from signage to digital design, I’m passionate about people and how technology can bring positive impact to their lives through innovation and collaborative design. I like to think I’m the voice and eyes of the user.

I enjoy taking on challenges and delivering best class software alongside all of my partners: coordinating research efforts to evaluate design, understanding and accounting for shifting priorities with product managers, and tightly coupling with engineering teams to work over and around technical hurdles and build products that exceed the users expectations.

After hours, you’ll find me enjoying some time with my friends and family, playing squash, cycling, writing children’s books and playing piano.
