Pangea / Unified Metric Reporting - Adobe
Pangea is Adobe’s customer‑facing experience for Unified Metric contracts, a flexible, credit‑based licensing model (think exchanging cash for arcade credits) spanning multiple DX products. The goal was to give enterprise customers a clear and trustworthy way to understand usage, pacing, and contract health, something they previously could not self‑serve.
Phase 1 Alpha launched to production with 6 large enterprise customers (Coca Cola, Intuit, EY, Dentsu, Volkswagen and Warner Bros Discovery) delivering a unified, accessible, and scalable foundation for usage visibility. Future phase 2 is planned for alerts, scenario planning, and budget controls, all of which I have created robust, fully functional prototypes.
